Here are some examples of my independent easel-sized works. I love doing rather traditional still life, landscape and figurative work. My influences here are mostly the ongoing (now traditional) styles of Naturalism and Tonalism. These pieces range in size from large to small, and from sketch to more finished work.
These are both images of my daughter Autumn. The first is a large landscape in oil called Autumn at Lost Maples (a park, a season, a person) and the second is a half life-sized portrait of her in oil.
These two small landscapes (seen in progress here) were stolen from my studio. If you know of their whereabouts, please let me know.
