College elective figure drawing classes with William Anzalone were what first got me interested in art (as I then switched my Major entirely to Art). I was so fascinated by the human figure that I further chose to go to the Graduate School of Figurative Art of the New York Academy of Art for my Master’s Degree. There we studied the human figure extensively. Drawing is an essential bedrock skill for the sort of work that I do including teaching. Here you may also see some quick demo hand sketches that I did for successive classes on a given day (using a document camera and screen projection).
